annual Newton Tournament took place at Frank Hurt School in
Surrey gathering over one hundred Kyokushin competitors. VKK
sent a total of nine fighters to this regional event and
amazingly every single one captured a medal.

Congratulations to all of them, but remember this is not an end.
This is only a passing point in your long training career. If
you lost, find out the reasons why and work on them for next
competitions. Even if you won, don't let the success go to your
head. Their is always room for improvement. Analyze the moves
you made on the mat and keep training hard. Osu.
