Due to the success of last year’s Women’s Kumite Seminar, we are happy to announce that we will be hosting another session on Thursday, June 25th, at the Killarney Dojo.

 

Building on the foundation of our March seminar, our focus will be on advancing technical skills. We will work on countering and complex kicking combinations to improve the flow of your techniques and help you find your unique sparring rhythm.

 

We have also secured the Killarney Dojo specifically for its matted surface; this provides a safer environment for sparring, allowing everyone to practice high kicks with confidence and a reduced risk of injury.

 

We are also proud to highlight three female representatives from the Downtown Dojo—Heidi Ran, Kristina Zubkova, and Carmen Levet—who are preparing to compete at the International Friendship Karate Championships in Japan. We are excited to see the high-level skill and power these women will bring to the I.K.O.N. stage!
