2005 Review
The year 2005 brought us many
successful events at both local and international levels. At the
local level, the number of students again went up, proving that we
were on the right track in terms of educating people in Vancouver
what Kyokushin Karate truly is. At an international level, our team
fought in a total of four international tournaments. One of which
was the 3rd World Weight Category. Johnny Leblanc and Haoyin Zheng
represented North America at the tournament. And the power of our
club all came together when we, along with lots of support we
received from other clubs, led the Vancouver Cup Championships to a
great success. The event first began six years ago and has grown to
be one of the best Kyokushin tournaments in Canada. Now, we are
ready to score even a bigger success in 2006. Click
