Foggy windows = Hard training, and it was extremely hard.
Job well done to those who survived the class.
Exactly, 26 more days before Montreal.

March 15th, 2005 at Vancouver East Killarney Dojo
The
students of the advance class trained hard in the last training
session
before the spring break. This winter term focused on Katas
"Geki-Sai-Dai" and "Tsuki-no-Kata". Make sure to practice them
at your house during the two-week break. Osu.

Haoyin
and Johnny completed the training plan tonight
for the 3rd World Tournament. Our club has this tradition to conduct
when fighters finished the last training for each tournament.
It's "Ni-Rei, Ni-Haku, Ichi-Rei" of Shinto.
Good luck, guys. You've done everything you could.

May 26 at Vancouver East Killarney Dojo Blue Belts Class
A bunch

June 5 at the event
operation room of
the All
Japan Weight Category Tournament
With Shihan
Nakamura and his daughter, Masako.
Every time I go back to my Sensei,
I can go back to the beginner's mind.

June 20 at Vancouver
Downtown Dojo Adults Class
Discipline at the dojo
or relax at the beach?
A hot summer day like today wasn't good enough for VKK students to
choose the latter.
Keep training during the summer because it's the best
season to work on your conditioning.

July 3 at Richmond East Dojo
Sunday Fight Class
keeps going throughout the summer.
We never slow down!

July 25 at Vancouver
Downtown Dojo Adults Class
Sensei Brad and
Michelle from the Calgary dojo
visited us tonight and trained
together.
The participants of the class were fortunate that
they could learn
several self-defense
techniques from
one of the most experienced instructors in IKOK-C.

October 20, 2005
Vancouver Killarney Dojo
Thursday is the
busiest day for this dojo.
A total of four classes are offered, and over 100 students train.
Between the preparation of the Vancouver Cup,
belt grading and the
regular classes,
our dojo gets very busy around this time of a year.
It's all good for promoting Kyokushin in Vancouver.

October 31, 2005
Vancouver Downtown Dojo
Five kids actually
showed and trained on Halloween Day.
A little game, "Kyokushin Kata Trick or Treat" awarded them
with a bag of candies and chocolates. Happy Halloween!

November 9, 2005
Vancouver Downtown Dojo
Only several days left
before the testing day. Students worked
very hard on Kihon, Ido and Kata. |
